Happy Thanksgiving!

It’s been many months, but I’m back. I think Thanksgiving makes us a little more reflective and I wanted to share some of my reflections.  Here is a list of what I’m thankful for. I’m going to avoid the easy things like family, friends, and health.  Of course, I am thankful for these people and things!

  1.  I am thankful for my family being flexible and available to watch baby C, especially so we could take an parent vacation.  We were able to travel to Whistler, Vancouver and Seattle in April.  It was amazing and so nice to have time being just us again. IMG_3822
  2. I am thankful to have a husband that shares many of my interests, especially traveling and eating out or cooking in.  Baby C also shares these interests. In 2017, we went to Vancouver, Seattle, Philadelphia, NYC, Nantucket, Virginia Beach, Buffalo, Salt Lake City, and Yellowstone National Park. I need to do a post that is dedicated to each of these trips. For now, here are some pictures from NYC and Yellowstone.IMG_6388IMG_6434IMG_6421IMG_5052
  3. I am thankful for the great city that we live in.  I love the Washington and Northern Virginia! Some of my favorite things are taking bike rides and going to the National Mall. IMG_4376

And now for baby C’s list of three.  She is thankful for fruit snacks, Dave and Ava, and her binkie. 🙂

To end this blog of thankfulness, here are a few photos from the past twos weeks.
